Many causes: Unfortunately without knowing much more about when this started and if you have other medical symptoms(some of which you may think are totally unrelated to the sleep issue but actually still related), it's difficult to say. But stress is a common contributor to sleep issues so whatever you can do to minimize this will help. Otherwise seek the input of your doctor to better characterize this issue
