Not too soon!: Take a home pregnancy test! pregnancy test are accurate about two weeks after conception. If it has been at least that long since your last intercourse, and you still don't get your period or a positive test, then you may want to ask your doctor for a blood test.

Should be...: 29 days after conception would make you roughly 6 weeks pregnant (and two weeks after your missed period). A home pregnancy test at this time should be reliable.
