Not unusual: It is not unusual for travel to affect one's bowel habits. Some people get more constipated while traveling, and some are the opposite. The best thing to do is to try to get back to your usual diet. I would increase the amount of fiber in your diet, and consider a mild laxative, such as milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide). If it persists, see your doctor.

Common: Not unusual to have changing bowel movement patterns with travel, time change, and new foods. Drink more water and try some high fiber foods.

Not to worry: bowel habits can change especially with changes to the environment, try eating high fiber foods and perhaps even adding a daily yogurt and see if that helps

Time zone issue: Drink lots of water and eat fruits and vegetables. Your body is probably just struggling with the change in time zones and schedule. Don't worry, it will re-set itself in short order.

Nothing yet: It is perfectly normal to have changes in your bowel movements. Most likely, during travel you may have had a different diet and fluid intake. I would give it another day and then just try an over the counter laxative like dulcolax or ex-lax. Things should return to normal over the next week.
