Yes: Most people will have irregular bowell movements after gallbladder removal. Having said that, it is also common to have ibs. It will be hard to tell them apart. Adding fiber and drinking 4 to 6 glasses of water will b helpful. Also try to avoid dairy for few weeks to c if this helps.
