Bowel movements: usually we like bowel movements every 1-2 days about 3 /week. Make sure you are eating enough fiber-oats, barley,lentils,avocados, strawberries, kale,peas, black beans ,lima beans - you need 38 grams /day, and as you noted lots of fluid- 2-4 liters a day..Check thyroid.Follow up with doctor /urgent care.
