Eczema?: Nummular eczema can mimic the look of ringworm. Are you sure that it is eczema and not ringworm though? You can use the traditional eczema treatment on it, if u r sure. Dove sensitive skin soap to wash, aquaphor to moisturize and 1% hydrocortisone directly to that spot. Hope this helps. If you are unsure, seek the diagnosis from your pediatrician or dermatologist.
