15f with eczema. since about 2021, dark spots have started to appear on my lips. like brown-ish purple spots that also tint my lips grey. it has come and gone, seemingly without a pattern through the years since then. i want them gone but idk how.?

You should have these spots examined by a dermatologist the next time they are present. The only way to have this diagnosed is to have it examined by a dermatologist. Only then can a treatment be given. Good luck!
