Stop the junk!: Cut back on the junk food you are eating. Try to increase the fiber and whole foods in your diet. Continue on the probiotics as they do not work instantly.

Consider testing: Diarrhea can have a number of causes including infection and malabsorption. You might consider eliminating foods such as dairy and wheat from your diet as lactose deficiency and celiac disease can cause diarrhea from malabsorption. Also avoid fatty foods. If you've had recent travel you may have infectious diarrhea & should check stool for parasites. Peptobismol &loperamide are good OTC treatments
