Probably pressure: Hopefully you are still wearing those ill fitting shoes. Possible pressure effect will then slowly heal. However if you have pain or other symptoms, more serious conditions need to be excluded by your doctor

Nerve compression: Tight or poorly fitting shoes are never a good idea no matter how stylish they look. they can contribute to significant foot abnormalities and deformities over time. It sounds like your shoes may have caused nerve compression. In the meantime change out of those shoes consider seeing a Podiatrist who may order a nerve conduction test and physical therapy may be in order. VITAMIN B complex may help
