Abdominal organs: There are many organs inside the abdominal cavity or 'stomach' area. What you think are your 'ovaries' causing your symptoms are not your ovaries at all - in fact, it is likely your colon responding to a germ that's giving you a little bit of diarrhea. Hopefully you are feeling better now - since diarrhea is a 'flushing mechanism' to get the bad stuff out. If not, best to call a doc for help.
