See details: Firstly, there is no evidence that this G spot actually exists. I'm sure there's others out there that would debate this however my research is not showing any hard evidence. Therefore, if you are feeling a lesion in your vagina that bleeds and hurts, you need to see your gynecologist to determine what it might be.
