Probably not: The vagina is "rugated" meaning the tissue has multiple bumps and ridges. Do you have long nails? That may cause bleeding. Other lesions like warts could be responsible, but this is an unusual place for warts, they are usually external. So in all likelihood this is not a problem but if you are unsure, make an appointment for your GYN to do a thorough exam. Try a lubricant also.
