Swollen lymph nodes: The likelihood that this represents swollen lymph glands is high. This occurs when an infection or other stressor triggers an immune response. A pinched nerve also called cervical ridiculopathy is a possibility though less likely. Try an antiinflammatory like naprosen for your pain and check your temperature if it doesn't work then to your primary care doctor
