You : You need to provide more information. Where exactly are the bumps/ what do they look like? Are they itchy or painful? When did this start? Chill bumps aka goose bumps usually occur in response to cold temperatures or extreme changes in emotion. They usually resolve once the exposure is over. Please feel free to re-submit. Thanks.
