HIV: Without knowing what your white tongue was due to it would be very unusual even for acute HIV infection to manifest itself 5 days after being infected. If you are being followed up, continue your testing. If you really want definitive confirmation of negativity you might get a PCR for HIV RNA. Good luck.

That said you could have been exposed to HIV, and your best chance at answering that is to talk with your partner. Other infections like Gonorrhea and Chlamydia can cause throat infections, especially if you engaged in oral sex. Either way get tested for STDs and discuss your anxiety 2
