Fasciculations: Tongue fasciculations are not only caused by ALS, but one would think so, after reading the internet. If the EMG is normal that is a very reassuring sign. Sometimes medications can cause these symptoms too. If that is the only symptom you have right now there is nothing to be concerned about.. Lykke til!
