Side effect: while any vaccine can cause soreness at the site of injection, tetanus can cause pain involoving the whole arm for few days, try over-the -counter pain killers, but take them on regular basis for 2 -3 days, if symptoms persist or you develop more symtoms, please seek medical attention, good luck
