Talk to your DOC: Tricort (Triamcinolone) binds to glucocorticoid receptors & potentate steroid like activity. Heavy fatigue, weight loss & motion abnormalities are not a routine side effect unless there are adrenal suppression or severe hyperglycemia related dehydration. Its a interesting Q. You should see a DOC & rule out adrenal insufficiency, other endocrnopathies & DM.
