Possibly but...: The chances of regrowth depend on a lot of factors. The amount of area involved, the type of infection (i.e fungal), the duration of infection, and the treatment used/needed. A dermatologist should probably be consulted in case scalp injections can help to stimulate hair regrowth. Time may be of the essence in getting evaluated/treated, so please followup promptly.
