See a doctor: There are many possibilities what this could be. You should have an evaluation with a gynecologist. Depending on your physical exam and radiographic/ultrasound studies, they may recommend a number of therapies from medication, to surgery, to consultation with another specialist. 10 cm is a good sized mass. This needs to be looked into further.
