Not normal: Please see your doctor for a full check up. Quite possibly this could be a sign of a neurological problem.

See physician: The nerves that supply sensation are different than the nerves that supply motor function in this region. See your physician or neurologist. An MRI may be in order depending on the complete history and physical exam.
