Not likely connected: You don't state for what illness you are taking Pentids (penicillin G), but presumably an infection. Penicillin rarely has any effect on blood pressure. Low blood pressure can cause dizziness. Without more information, I can't give you a better answer. Please see the doctor that diagnosed your problem and prescribed the medication for a better answer. Good luck!
