Possibly: There are multiple causes of poor sleep, one of which is difficulty breathing. A thorough examination by a plastic surgeon or otolaryngologist will diagnose a deviate septum. If the septal issue is bad enough, correcting the deviated septum will increase your ability to breathe through your nose at night.

Septoplasty: Improving your nasal breathing may improve your breathing at night and your sleeping. Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.
