Depends: Interpreting urine samples is not an exact science as there are multiple variables that affect the analysis. The urine must be cleanly "caught" in a sterile manner. Furthermore, other factors such as prior surgical history and bladder catheterization may affect the results. Generally, a urine culture with greater than 100,000 flora is consider an infection but this varies case to case.

Contamination: Unless you have symptoms of a bladder infection, it could be contamination. If you have symptoms of pain with urination, frequent urination, or urgent urination, then it may be a real infection with a contaminated specimen. With symptoms, urine also should be sent for chlamydia and GC. A repeat clean-catch with mid-stream urine after cleansing the head of the penis is also a good plan.
