Long time: Hi. Alprazolam has a half-life of 11-15 hours, so on that basis alone, it will take days to be undetectable (maybe 8-10 half-lives, depending on the sensitivity of the assay). Furthermore, it partitions into fat, so will be detectable even longer (no reliable equation for how much longer) given your body habitus. Good luck!
