I have clean catch urine and result is >100,000 mixed flora 3 or more colonies. what does this mean?

Contaminated: Having more than 2 kinds of bacteria in such numbers means the urine contacted your labia; the results don't show which (if any) bacteria are in the urine and maybe causing a urinary tract infection (UTI). If your doctor believes UTI is possible and culture necessary for best treatment, you'll need to have another test, with careful attention to "clean catch" collection of the urine specimen.
