See a doctor: migraine headache could come in many forms and could be associated with other symptoms but since you are having a new symptoms and you did not say when did you have your last CT scan i strongly suggest you see your doctor for further testing before we assume it is your old migraine so please see your doctor preferably a neurologist if available good luck

See Doctor ASAP!: Chronic classical migraines seldom cause Tinnitus (ringing in ears) or hearing loss. If your migraine pattern has changed, further studies should be performed. Your current symptoms are suggestive of a condition due to an Acoustic Neuroma, a benign tumor involving the acoustic nerve. You need to see your PCM or Neurologist ASAP.
