Any numbness: if you did hit your hand most likely it is a bruise that will go away if you are doing any repetitive work with your hand or stay on computer too much or start having some numbness as well you could be experiencing carpel tunnel syndrome either way if persisted and specially if you start having any numbness see your doctor good luck
