Not likely: could have a viral infection.if you are over weight could be fatty liver.

Insignificant: at 53 and 41 SGPT and SGOT , insignificantly elevated. Until unless there is an underlying process (drugs, hepatitis -which should have higher levels), which I doubt at your age, you shouldn't worry about it.
