Intermittent terminal hematuria,but dipstick negative. could microscopic urianalysis reveal bladder cancer? if urianalysis negative, what other cause?

Unlikely...: bladder cancer at your age. prostate inflammation more likely. urine analysis, and cytology (cellular analysis, as in a Pap test) could check. further evaluation, e.g. ctstosclpy, imaging studies could be done, if warranted.

Cysto: Terminal hematuria is likely from bladder or urethra. Has your doctor suggested cystoscopy? I would not be worried about bladder cancer in a 25 year old but giving you a cause would be guessing. Best wishes.
