A member asked:

Why would only one lymph node swell in the neck.. blood results are normal?

Many reasons: Lymph nodes are reactive - they respond to inflammation and infection. With normal blood work I would monitor the node over time - it should return to normal within 4-6 weeks. If it is increasing in size or you note new symptoms, see your doctor.

Lymph node: Lots of reasons. Nodes pick up inflammation or infection in their area and swell up. Sometimes they go away but it's not an absolute. You might get an ultrasound to look at the node.
