My 3yr old son has had a swollen lymph nose the last 2-3mo he says it hurts and he's not been sick?

Persistant Lymph: Node. This could be due to many things depending on where it is located. Lymph nodes are typically swollen due to inflammation which can be from infection, trauma, or various blood diseases. He needs to be evaluated by his Pediatrician of FP soon.
