C/d: I think you are trying to read your chart and are looking at an abbreviation that is c/d it means increased cup to disc ratio and yes there is.

Glaucoma? Went for a test today. Doctor said I passed and my pressure was 17 -18. But the last yr. was showing 21/22. The images of my optic nerve was larger than should be. Should I be worried? Wants to recheck in 6 months. What are the Symptoms?
