See a dermatologist: Meanwhile, soak the child in a tub. The fingers should be wrinkled. Within a few minutes after the soak, rub in a cream containing ceramides such as Eucerin Eczema care, CeraVe, Aveeno (oatmeal) Eczema cream. OTC 1% hydrocortisone can also be tried while waiting to see the dermatologist. But do not delay for long.
