Should an inhaler and prednisone always work against bronchospasm?

Not always: Usually albuterol inhaler which helps keep your airways open and prednisone which helps relieve the inflammation in the airways work together to provide relief. But the bronchospasm was caused by infection then symptoms may continue to until the underlying issue is resolved. If you are taking medication and not finding relief, return to your doctor.
