White teeth: Avoid tea. Avoid coffee. Brush your teeth with a toothpaste that whitens teeth. You can buy this at a store. And buy hydrogen peroxide and swish in your mouth around your teeth for at least 2 minutes four times a day. You can also purchase "white strips" at a pharmacy or grocery store, which contain hydrogen peroxide. You apply these to your teeth and leave them in place for several minutes.

Maybe: Here in the USA one can purchase bleaching strips to place on your teeth. Also it would help to avoid foods that are colored like berries that might stain your teeth. Brush your teeth after each meal with a tooth paste that includes material to brighten your teeth. All this will take time. If you are in a great hurry it would be best to see a dentist who specializes in making teeth more white

Tooth Whitening: Tooth whitening products are available in various strengths, the weaker ones being OTC and the stronger ones being dispensed or applied by a dentist. If you are in a hurry, your dentist is the only way to go. OTC products are not that effective and take longer to work.
