Need more info: If the doctor gave you advice did you follow it? One suggestion is choose a lactose free diet. It's easy to Google it on the computer. If that does not help have your pediatrician refer you to a pediatric gastroenterologist. Diarrhea for one month is not very good for a 9 month old infant.
