Yes.: Yes, absorption and maximal concentration are not affected much by a standard meal in the morning. A high fat meal will interfere with the maximal concentration and the time to get there. Bioavailability is decreased by about 10% with a meal. In summary, it won't be as effective as fast with a MDonald's big Mac, but it also won't be toxic.
