New foods!: It's so exciting getting to this point in your baby's development. The key to remember is that the child does not need them very much for nutrition - the breast milk or infant formula is still sufficient for nutrition. It's more a developmental stage. Can introduce iron fortified infant cereals, any vegetables, most fruits ( i tell parents to avoid a lot of citrus fruits initially), then onward!
