You can find: anything you look hard enough for. The question is would you want to? There isn't a critical-enough shortage of skin for that to happen and the freebie wouldn't be given for the donation anyway. Most skin is harvested post-mortem. If price is an issue your best bet is to be referred through ASPS or ASAPS
