Poor Circulation: Cold and bluish extremities indicate poor circulation to those areas. Elevating your legs when seated should help. Circulation problems are the result of arterial (vascular) disease or poor flow from decreased heart function. Diabetes and Heart Failure are most common causes, and Risk for both increases with age and is influenced by diet. Suggest an in-person doctors visit for lab work and exam.
