Maybe.: A CT myelogram can sometimes demonstrate if there is a blockage somewhere. An MRI is sometimes used to look at CSF flow in the brain. Speak to your neurologist if you have concerns.

Sorta: We usually only see signs of blockages on imaging, not the actual blockage itself. A plain CT scan of the brain show evidence of CSF/spinal fluid obstruction if the ventricles are enlarged. A MRI of the spinal cord can show if the central canal (where CSF/spinal fluid is) is too narrow or enlarged.
