Should i have hysterectomy i have 5-6 fibroids with the largest at 6cm?

It depends on among other things whether you are having heavy periods, painful periods, irregular bleeding, bleeding with intercourse, whether you are finished with having children. Usually with this number of large fibroids the chance of a malignancy is increased and a hysterectomy would be advised.
