Ive developed a small red itchy rash on both cornesr of my eyelids. my eyebrows sometimes itch as well. i have very sensitive skin, what should i do?

Sounds like eczema: I'd start with hydrocortisone to the affected areas twice a day. You can get the OTC 1% ointment at any pharmacy or market. The key is to apply once after a 10-15 minute shower, and a separate time later in the day. A moisturizer can also help. Vanicream, Eucerin, Cetaphil...these are all good options for a moisturizer. It can go on separately from the medication. This should help!
