Fever and Food: If your only symptom is fever there is no restriction on your foods. Make sure you are hydrating yourself by drinking plenty of fluids.

Nothing special.: A good healthy diet is all that is required. If your stomach is a bit upset you may want to hold off on too much solid food at once, but barring that you may eat as you would like.

Diet: Anytime you don't feel well, when you start eating it should be light. Soups, applesauce, rice or anything that is easy to digest. Plenty of liquids is a good idea to replace fluid loss from the fever. Avoid fried and greasy foods, chips, cookies, junk food is always a good idea.
