In general, over the counter flu and fever medicines do not interfere with each other and can be taken concurrently. Be aware that some flu medicines have fever reducers included in the mix and you do not want to exceed recommended dosing of this agent. If your symptoms intensify you should contact your doc for guidance for when to come in for an evaluation.
