Any opioid: Any opioid is fine. Nsaids are ok as well as long as you dont use those that are mixed with GI protective medications.

Pentasa!: Pentasa (mesalamine) is used for enteritis or colitis. Both are strongly associated with rheumatic disease, which is inflammatory. See a rheumatologist!
