How common is bone cancer on a foot in a 23yo female?

Extremely rare: The incidence of bone cancer of any type in the UK between age 20-24 is 11 cases per 100,000 people. That is .011%. Most of those are probably not in the foot. Best wishes!

Rare: At your age overall incidence of all cancers is only 0.03% diagnosed per year. (About half are girls, which lowers it to 0.015%.) Of these, males have 15-20% higher rate than girls, so even lower than that. Of all cancers in 15-29 year olds, bone and joint cancers make up only 3 %. So less than 0.00045% for all bone and joint cancers. Even less for in the foot, since most are around the knee.
