1/2 life can be 60hr: A drug usually takes 5 half-lives for it to be completely eliminated from the body. Since five half-lives can be close to 300 hours, it may take the better part of two weeks for azithromycin to be completely cleared out of your body. If you metabolize it faster, this could be less. You may, however, start to feel better after only a few more days when levels will be about 40% of what they are now.

10 days : Azithromycin (Z-pack) is a macrolide class antibiotic that you take for 5 days and it typically works in your system for 10 days. Shortly after that there should be no meaningful drug in your system. I suggest if having presumed side effects after 2 weeks - see a physician.
