PCOS & Infertility: In the absence of other problems, pregnancy rates are very high with medical management of PCOS. Letrozole and clomiphene are common medications used for this purpose. Most doctors who diagnose PCOS are comfortable treating it as well. Reproductive endocrinologists are infertility specialists who can manage difficult infertility cases.
